A Pleasant Stay at The Villa Express

The staff at the hotel were consistently attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to assist with a smile. For example, when my husband requested a fan, we returned to our room to find it waiting for us. The night porter was equally accommodating, promptly helping us with a change of bedding when needed. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to the M55, making it convenient for traveling to nearby towns and attractions. The overall atmosphere helped me relax after long workdays, ensuring a rejuvenating stay.

The staff was attentive and amiable, offered good services. The breakfast was satisfactory, they make plenty of meals.

The vibe here was contemporary.

The amazing view from my window added to the overall experience, creating a serene backdrop during my downtime. the well-maintained database made it easy to access all the essential information I needed during my visit.

Our suite was equipped with TV and bathroom.

The room was a nice size with tea /coffee, fresh towels supplied, for instance, really enjoyed it. Good service, though a few employees were disinterested. The hotel's location was comfortable and handy, right by Blackpool or the car park that is the M6 heading to Preston, Lancaster and beyond, a pub & restraunt, and the shops.

The bed was uncomfortable while the shower had good water pressure.

Had a great night with friends! The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were impressive. The service was friendly, and they even helped me out with a last-minute request.

Great location right off the m55, the staff were super friendly an helpful. Bed was comfy n clean room. Plenty of parking too, n the bar area was nice for drinks. The surrounding landscaping was a plus, even if it looked a bit overgrown.

The breakfast next door was a bit of a rip-off, we shoulda just paid when we got there instead of online. The room coulda used some more space, felt cramped with the pull-out beds.

Convenient location, essential amenities, with easy access to local areas including nearby dining options like Greggs and Starbucks, and just a short drive from Liverpool John Lennon Airport for quick travel connections.

Family with children not entirely satisfied

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Cassie were really good when she tried to fix my TV on my arrival as it wasn't working. The breakfast was lovely and cooked breakfast was cooked to order.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable.

The location offers excellent convenience with direct access to the M55. There are decent parking options nearby which allows for a hassle-free check-in and check-out.

The family room felt cramped, especially with the pull-out beds that didn't leave much room to move around. There were notable cleanliness issues in the bathroom, with signs of mold and hair left behind. The breakfast options felt overpriced, especially since I had to trek to a different hotel to find a decent meal, and the room decor definitely needs an update. It was challenging to get a good night's sleep due to thin walls allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disturb us.
